OUR STORY
Renova Interiors was born following a partnership between two expats who have solid experience not just in interior fit-out and construction, but within the United Arab Emirates. The passion for providing high end interior fit-out has enabled the company to deliver some of the most unique and beautiful projects in the country.

OUR PROCESS
Our process starts with understanding our clients' needs and vision. From there, we create a customized plan and work closely with our clients to ensure their satisfaction every step of the way. We use the latest technology and techniques to bring your ideas to life.
THE RENOVA PROCESS

Concept Design
The process begins with an initial visit to our client to understand their vision, timelines and any other requirements. This will then be translated into a series of mood boards / samples for the client to go through which will allow us to provide a detailed quotation.

Design Development
Once the quotation is agreed, we would then proceed with detailed design which will include all design drawings and 3d renders for the client to really understand and capture their vision.

Approvals and Planning
The drawings will be submitted to the relevant authority and developer for approval to obtain work permits and NOCs.

Construction
The team will now be allowed to mobilise onto your property to turn your vision into a reality. This will be managed by our experienced project managers, and you will be kept up to date through the progress.

Handover
Our team will then take you through the complete project to ensure you are happy with every bit of detail and leaving you a satisfied customer in your new upgraded home
MEET OUR TEAM
Gavin
As Co-Founder and Managing Director, Gavin brings nearly two decades of hands-on experience in Dubai’s construction and fit-out industry. Throughout his career, he has successfully led and delivered some of the city’s most prestigious residential and hospitality projects, consistently setting high standards in execution and delivery.
Gavin’s leadership is driven by a strong commitment to quality, integrity, and client satisfaction. His passion for construction and interior fit-out is reflected in his attention to detail and dedication to excellence. He is focused on fostering long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders while continuously striving to raise the benchmark in every project the company undertakes.
Stephen
With over a decade of experience in Dubai, Stephen has gone from strength to strength in the Fitout industry. Having previously set up Inis Interiors dedicated to Commercial works and more recently as Managing Partner of Renova Interiors, he brings of wealth of experience and attention to detail. Stephen has completed several high end Residential Projects in luxurious locations such as Emirates Hills, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Hills, Jumeirah Islands and Jumeirah Golf Estates just to name a few. He prides himself in delivering to client expectations while also adding innovative ways in creating new spaces.
